"Gary and Mike are an excellent team! Gary took the time to listen to what I had to say about my washer's problems and scheduled a visit around my availability. Mike (who is very personable) troubleshooted the symptoms, came up with an honest (and discounted) parts and labor price, and seemed to enjoy repairing everything that needed fixing. He did in a little over an hour what would have taken me many hours and a fair amount of sweat and frustration to do (assuming I would have even ordered the right parts). But if something eventually fails, I will most definitely give them a call. Not only for my washer, but for any of my white goods since Mike says he works on just about everything. Bottom line: Instead of having to buy a refurbished washer with a short warranty for $300-400 and hoping it would last a year or so, I now have my trusty washer working like new for $159. And with a clean bill of health, to boot!"

"To awesome! Were at my house in about an hour and after 10 minutes told me what I needed to do to get my Fridge fixed. And it was not using them. Mike who was great, explained that I have a warranty already on my fridge and that I could get it done for less by using someone who can handle the warranty claim, Mike did not even charge me for the visit. We need more people and companies like this out there! These folks will be my fist call if I even need anything done again."

"Dryer went out and I called early in the morning. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful. He listened to my situation and gave me advice that weighed the pros and cons of me doing the work myself. There was an opening for that same morning, so I decided to have a technician come out. He arrived a little after 9am and went straight into explaining how the dryer was put together and the possible things that could be wrong. Once opening up the dryer, we found a broken belt, and again he walked me through the costs involved for him to do the work versus me taking over the work from there. Time and money well spent. He was finished in less than an hour and left the area better than how he found it. Super pleased with the level of work, but more importantly impressed with just how open and honest Crews is to its customers. These are the folks to work with when you have an appliance on the fritz!"

"My dryer went out, so i made a call to these guys and im glad i did. They sent someone out the same day. The people are nice and they got the job done, my dryer works again :-) i will definitely call these guys back if ever needed. Thanks so much."
