"We were having defrost problems with our refrigerator. The day after calling Crews, Mike came out to look at our refrigerator. Since Mike needed to see the defrost problem in order to fix the problem we scheduled a visit when our freezer froze up again. Mike was very knowlegable and really helped us out by diagnosing the problem. I will definitely call Crews for any other appliance problems we have in the future. Thanks Mike!"
