"I was having an icemaker problem. Mike came out as promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. He quoted me the price to fix it but also suggested I try to have the refrigerator maker send me the parts for free. That worked and as a result I am only paying for the service call. Mike and Crews were honest and helpful rather than trying to charge me as much as possible. I will definitely call them next time I need anything!"
