"Excellent work! They were very responsive, able to send someone in to look at our gas range same day! And this was in the height of the stay at home order due to the Pandemic, when everyone else couldn't even provide service for several days. They were very professional, affordable and came back as promised when the parts arrived, to fix the problem. We really appreciate them and highly recommend them. We'll be using them for any appliance issues from now on."

"I replaced the water filter on my GE refrigerator but the water was not getting to the ice maker. I took the filter off and put it on again but still no water to the ice maker. I looked on Yelp for appliance repair with good ( 4-5 star) reviews and Crews had great reviews. I called and talked to Gary and he suggested a fix and he was correct. Gary was friendly yet professional and he said that he did not want to send out a repairman and charge me for a service call if it turned out to be a simple fix. I called him back after I knew that I had the problem solved and I thanked him and told him that when I have need for an appliance repair I will call Crews. I also told him that I will write a review for him. He is honest and fair. Call Crews if you need help."

"Mike did and excellent job in figuring out what went wrong. Explained what needed to be done and fixed it with no problem. Will definitely be calling again for our next appliance issue."
