"I called them to diagnose a problem with the dishwasher. They evaluated it and recommended replacement due to repair cost. While there, the technician repaired a dryer that was not drying properly. Cost was very reasonable. Definitely will use them again. "

"Fantastic service! Mike was prompt, professional and honest in his recommendations about our washer. We called Crews Appliance after working with another repair company who wasn't able to properly diagnose the problem despite having to come out to our house twice. Mike was willing to check on the error codes over the phone in case he didn't need to come out. He was able to get to us next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained to us the issues and his honest recommendations. Not to mention the price for his service call beats the competition! I will certainly be using this company in the future, and recommend them to friends and family!"

"My GE refrigerator has been having issues and I happened to call Crews to get some advice. They didn't answer, so I just hung up; no big deal, I didn't feel like leaving a message. However, they actually called me back a short time later anyway! I explained my problem to the gentleman on the phone and he was exceptionally polite and went through the trouble of looking up my model and let me know that my compressor should still be under warranty and advised me to go through GE for diagnosis and repair to potentially save me $1000+. I truly appreciated his honest advise, and will definitely remember Crews for any future (non-warrantied) appliance repairs I may need!"
